Your score report is read once, then it is gone.

When you upload a report, the file is held in memory only for as long as it takes to read the scores, and is then discarded. It is never written to a disk, never saved to a database, never logged, and never attached to an email. There is no copy for us to look up later, and no copy for anyone to request.

Your scores are sent back to your browser to build your roadmap. We do not keep them. Close the tab and that analysis no longer exists anywhere.

Only what you type into a form. If you ask for the downloadable study pack, we keep your email address, your first name if you gave one, and which exam you selected. That is the whole record.

Your name and email are optional for the analysis itself. You can run the entire tool and get your full roadmap without entering either.

To send your study pack, and to send study tips and prep updates for the exam you selected. Every message has an unsubscribe link and we honor it immediately. We do not sell your address, rent it, or trade it.

Your email is stored in our own customer system, operated by Built To Pass. It is not uploaded to advertising platforms.

If analytics is enabled, we record which steps of the flow were reached and which exam was selected, so we can tell where the tool is confusing. Those events are deliberately built so they cannot carry your scores, your name, your email, or anything from your file. An advertising pixel, when enabled, receives the exam name only, and never a hashed or plain email address.

The reading is done by Claude, an AI model from Anthropic, which receives the page images of your report in order to extract the numbers. Anthropic does not train models on data submitted through its business API. Once the reading is finished the file is discarded on our side as described above.

Every number in your roadmap after that point is calculated by ordinary code from published exam blueprints, not generated by a model.

Use the tool without giving a name or an email. Unsubscribe from any message. Or write to jason@getbuilttopass.com and ask us to delete your address, and we will remove it.
